Saran, 20 April 2009 – The shareholders of Aérowatt, a producer of green electricity in France, are invited to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday 29 May 2009 at 10:00 am at the company’s head office, located at 341, rue des Sables de Sary in Saran (45770).
The notice was published in today's BALO (French bulletin of compulsory legal notices). It includes the agenda and the draft resolutions that will be submitted to the shareholders for their vote. This notice may be viewed at www.aerowatt.fr or www.actusnews.fr.
