Image Jérôme Billerey (Chairman of the Management Board)

With a degree in electrical engineering - SUPELEC – successively in charge of the photovoltaic solar energy department (1990), renewable energies department (1992) and finally Managing Director (1995 to 2004) at Vergnet SA. He was involved in the setting up of Aérowatt before joining the company in early 2005.

He has been involved in the development of Vergnet for nearly 15 years. His seven years' experience in Mali, Africa, in the field of photovoltaic solar energy, enabled him to gain major insight into energy development and supply problems in the field of rural development. Nearly 25 years in renewable energies have enabled him to gain significant experience in that field.  

 

Image Laurent Albuisson (Development Director)

As a graduate engineer from the Arts & Métiers School, Laurent Albuisson began his career with the Ademe (French Agency for Energy Control) in Polynesia where he was in charge of the local development of renewable energies, in particular photovoltaic solar energy, and consumption control.

After spending some time in local government, he joined Vergnet SA to take charge of the construction of two wind-generated power stations in the Pacific, then joined head office in Orleans in 1999 in the wind powered energy department, in charge of the Pacific Zone and then the Indian Ocean where he launched the start of the business.

He joined Aérowatt in 2002 as Development Director in order to establish wind power projects, develop the project portfolio and work on the diversification of the business.  

 

Image Dominique Mahé (Administration and Finance Director)

Dominique Mahé holds a DECS and DEA in Economics, supplemented with ESCP/EAP training. Chief Accountant of a subsidiary of the Litton Group (LBS Inc.), he became Administration and Finance Manager in a company in the Aérospatiale Group.

He joined Aerowatt in 2002 to implement the project and monitor the various stages of the company's development (particular contribution of assets, DGI approval, transfer of employees, increase in capital…). He was in charge of its administrative and financial structure as well as carrying out and monitoring the business plans.  

 

Image Denis Lefebvre (Engineering and Works Director)

As a SUPELEC graduate and with an MBA from EM Lyon, Denis Lefebvre first worked as an electricity-project engineer with a major engineering firm. After spending 5 years abroad, he then joined Vergnet SA, where he conducted wind-power projects in various countries (Mauritania, Cape Verde, Scotland, Ireland). With Aerowatt, he has been Technical Director responsible for detailed studies, project-implementation and operations since 2005.  

Image Pascal Coffineau (Solar Development Director)

With an architect’s diploma, Pascal Coffineau worked during 15 years within a French major real estate company. Working in real estate, he was involved in many projects, implementing development strategy, negotiating with key decision makers (local authorities, land owners…), coordinating civil works and financing projects. Within Aérowatt since 2007, he has been co-responsible, with Aérowatt’s Board, of the photovoltaic business planning.
